Kava is a natural relaxant and gives an effect of physical relief and a sense of euphoria. Kava can be used to assist sleep and to relieve pain.

Dried Piper Methysticum (Kava) roots are dried and ground into powder which is then steeped in cold water to make the Kava drink. High in kavalactones, Piper Methysticum is a part of the pepper family and traditionally used in the Pacific Islands as a part of ceremony and gentle socialisation.

This is an 8 serve pack. Each serve can be re-steeped to make up to 4 drinks.

Recommended to purchase a mesh reusable sieve bag from this site. Our sieve bags are durable and made especially for straining kava.
